Dr. Noles and Dr. Hannah have always focused on comprehensive, compassionate, and quality patient care.
Dr. Russ Noles
Dr. Russ Noles, DDS, is a dedicated dentist with over a decade of experience in the field. Born and raised in LaPlace, Louisiana, Dr. Noles pursued his passion for dentistry at Louisiana State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Dental Surgery. His commitment to enhancing smiles is driven by a deep love for creating positive transformations in his patients’ lives. Dr. Noles is particularly passionate about dental implants, seeing it as an honor to restore smiles and confidence through this specialized field.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Noles loves music and plays the guitar. He enjoys woodworking and values spending quality time with his family. Known for his personable nature, Dr. Noles believes in explaining dental care in simple, understandable terms to help his patients make informed decisions about their oral health. His approach is rooted in faith, service, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with the latest dental advancements.

Meet the Hygienists
Our Registered Dental Hygienists are skilled and trained to spot, diagnose, and treat all gum disease such as gingivitis or periodontitis as well as educate you in all aspects of periodontal treatment, home care, and services. They also help you maintain optimal oral health after any disease (if present) is addressed. They are proficient in numerous procedures that aid in preventing oral disease and aid in treating any gum disease present.
Darrah
Darrah graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2006 and has been a dental hygienist for 15 years. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, Darrah was a mortician and a funeral director. Fun fact, she was also on Survivor season 7 Pearl Islands and came in fourth place!
Darrah loves getting to know her patients and helping them improve their smile. She strives to provide the best oral care to her patients while making them feel comfortable in a dental setting. Darrah loves the relaxed, easy-going yet professional atmosphere of our office.
Darrah has been married to her husband Brian for 12 years, and they have three adorable children Charley Jo, Boots, and Baylor. Darrah loves traveling and watching her kids play sports and do cheerleading.
Sierra
Sierra is a Livingston Parish native and alumnus of Walker High School. She attending LSU School of Dentistry where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015. GEAUX TIGERS!
Sierra loves working in the dental field. She said her favorite thing to do is helping patients achieve a healthy smile.
Sierra is a mother to one amazing son. In her free time, she loves to travel around to different parks to watch him play baseball.
Ashlynn
Ashlynn McFadden, our newest Registered Dental Hygienist! Ashlynn graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (BSDH) in May 2024. Born and raised in Watson, she is happy to be back in the area, and we are thrilled to have her on our team!
Since joining our practice in June 2024, Ashlynn has made a smooth transition from school to professional life. Her dedication to others shines through in her eagerness to connect with each patient, ensuring everyone feels seen and heard.
Outside of Noles Family Dentistry, Ashlynn enjoys spending time with her family, her boyfriend, and her energetic Goldendoodle, Manhattan, who keeps her active with their games of fetch. Guided by her faith and favorite scripture, Deuteronomy 31:6, Ashlynn strives to be strong and courageous in all aspects of her life.
Meet the Office Staff
Our Staff is outstanding at making every patient feel welcomed and respected. These ladies are the first people you will speak with at the office whether that be on the phone or when you walk through the doors. They are amazing at making every patient truly feel part of our dental family!
Our staff is extremely knowledgeable about individualized treatment plans and can thoroughly explain your personalized treatment plan to you. They also have a vast and in-depth knowledge of insurance and will help with any questions you may have as well as file any claims for you. Our staff will always make sure you get scheduled in a timely manner to meet your dental needs.
Chelsie
Insurance Coordinator
Chelsie is our insurance coordinator. She has been in the dental field for over 10 years and is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of insurance. She utilizes that experience and knowledge to serve our patients daily.
In Chelsie’s spare time, she enjoys reading and napping with her dogs.
Meet the Assistants
Our Assistants are exemplary in creating a caring and calm atmosphere while at our office for dental treatment. They will make sure that any procedure will run as smoothly as possible with preparations made before your arrival, X-rays taken at the dentist’s request and need, and post-procedural home care instructions given to you.
Selly
Selly was born in New Jersey but raised in Denham Springs and graduated from DSHS in 2015. Selly also graduated from the American Dental Assisting Academy in 2021 and has been a dental assistant with Dr. Noles for over six months.
In her spare time, Selly loves watching movies, going out to eat, shopping, camping, and spending time with her boyfriend and two kids.
