2. Program Description
Noles Family Dentistry operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with patients and prospective patients who have opted in to receive messages. The program is used to send:

- Recall and recare notifications
- Practice updates, schedule changes, and office closures
- Follow-up messages related to your dental care
- Responses to inbound text inquiries

3. How to Opt In
You may enroll in the Noles Family Dentistry SMS program by:
- Completing a written or digital consent form at our office
- Providing your mobile number and consent on our patient intake forms
- Texting a designated keyword to our SMS number as instructed by our staff
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Noles Family Dentistry at that number.
